Martek Industries supplies a comprehensive range of coding and labelling systems to a diverse array of industries including companies of all sizes. As an independent distributor, Martek is able to choose industry-leading inkjet, labelling, thermal transfer and laser coding systems from manufacturers including EBS, United Barcode Systems, GoDEX, Collamat, Savema, REINER, Bentsai and Datalogic.
Our industrial inkjet printer range includes models ideally suited to printing text, graphics and barcodes onto bottles, jars, cartons, pouches, tubes… virtually any size and shape of product. Our high-resolution inkjet printers offer a viable alternative to labelling cartons reducing costs typically by 5-6 times and eliminating backing paper waste.
Handheld inkjet printers offer a convenient, fully portable solution for printing onto virtually any product. With a choice of EBS Handjet, REINER and Bentsai printers, we have systems to print onto anything from jars to pallets.
The GoDEX label printer range includes 2, 4, 6 and 8-inch wide models with 3-year warranty for light-industrial printers and 5-year warranty for industrial models. All come with comprehensive free label design software.

EBS-260 Handjet Handheld Inkjet Printer
Fully portable inkjet printer with 54mm maximum print height and built-in touch screen controller. Ideally suited for printing on large items such as crates, concrete, pallets and pipes. Text, 2D codes, barcodes and logos can be printed.
jetStamp 970 Graphic Portable Inkjet Printer
Handheld inkjet printer for printing text, graphics and barcodes onto porous or non-porous surfaces with an overall print area of 13 x 65mm. Ideally suited to printing batch codes and expiry dates onto jars, bottles, pouches, sleeves and may other products. Up to 4 print messages can be stored in the Reiner 970 and selected to print using a dial on the printer. As an official UK distributor for Reiner, Martek holds printers and inks in stock and provides technical support, on-site demonstrations, trials, printing cost calculations and solutions advice. Dedicated service engineers support all Martek systems.
DWR Round Semi-Automatic Bottle Labeller
Benchtop, semi-automatic labeller for bottles, jars, pots, tins and other straight-sided round products. Labels are professionally and quickly applied with quick adjustments for different sized products. DWR Round is a very cost-effective solution for low and medium volume producers of preserves, beers, ciders, cosmetics, oils, paints and many other products.
REINER jetStamp 1025
Print text from 1 to 25mm high, detailed graphics, barcodes and 2D codes onto porous and non-porous products including bottles, jars, cartons, lids, tins and many other items. Simply hold the printer in place and pull the trigger to print instantly. You can store print messages on the jetStamp 1025 and sleet the required print using the integrated display. Variable data including date, time, offset date and sequential numbers can be automatically printed. The large print area of 25 x 85mm allows printing of larger items for example ISPM15 heat treatment marks on pallets or crates.
UBS Aplink LCX High-Resolution Inkjet Printer
Self-contained high-resolution inkjet printer capable of printing text, detailed graphics, barcodes and 2D codes onto porous surfaces including cardboard, paper and timber. With a maximum print height of 72mm, the LCX offers an environmentally friendly and cost-effective alternative to applying labels. A single 1-litre bottle of ink typically prints over 200,000 images equivalent to a 100x120mm label therefore replacing 350Kg of labels and the associated freight carbon for transporting the raw materials to the label producer then from the label producer to the end user. There is also no backing paper water to dispose of which generally cannot be recycled... and the cost per print is significantly lower than using a label.

Savema Friction and Vacuum Feeders

Both the label unwinder and rewinder are independently stepper motor driven for optimum accuracy even at high speed.
