C406H Oxygen/Water Vapor Transmission Rate Test System
The C406H Oxygen/Water Vapor Transmission Rate Test System is engineered for precise measurement of both Oxygen Transmission Rate (OTR) and Water Vapor Transmission Rate (WVTR) of barrier materials. Utilizing Coulometric oxygen and infrared moisture sensors, it complies with industry standards such as ASTM D3985, ASTM F1249, and ISO 15106-2. The system features a 6-cell configuration, allowing the simultaneous testing of up to six samples, improving efficiency. C403H Oxygen/Water Vapor Transmission Rate Test System
The C403H Oxygen/Water Vapor Transmission Rate Test System offers a high-performance, cost-effective solution for testing the oxygen and water vapor transmission rates of barrier materials. With both OTR and WVTR modes available, it ensures accurate and efficient testing by automatically completing both tests for each sample. The system features advanced Coulometric oxygen and infrared moisture sensors, offering long service life, high accuracy, and low test limits. It boasts three independent test cells, allowing simultaneous testing of up to three samples, and automatic sample clamping for consistent results. C106H Gas Permeability Test System
C106H Gas Permeability Test System is based on the differential pressure method, and is professionally applicable to the determination of gas transmission rate, solubility coefficient, diffusion coefficient and permeability coefficient of plastic films, composite films, high barrier materials, sheets, and metal foils at different temperatures. The test system conforms to GB, ISO, ASTM and other international standards.

C360H Water Vapor Transmission Rate Tester
C360H Water Vapor Transmission Rate Test System, is designed and manufactured based on the gravimetric determination method and conforms to the requirements of ASTM E96. This instrument can be used to measure the water vapor transmission rate of barrier materials with high, medium and lower moisture barrier properties with a wide testing range and high testing efficiency. The instrument features Labthink’s patented test chamber design with multiple test dishes. C360H is equipped with precision made test dishes, highly accurate balance, embedded professional software which supports automatic controlling of temperature, humidity and flow rate precisely and guarantees the testing sensitivity and repeatability of the test results. C306H Water Vapor Transmission Rate Test System
C306H Water Vapor Transmission Rate Test System is designed and manufactured based on infrared sensor method and conforms to the requirements of ASTM F1249 and ISO 15106-2. This instrument can be used to measure the water vapor transmission rate of barrier materials with high and medium moisture barrier properties with a wide testing range and high testing efficiency. C630H Heat Seal Tester
The melting point, thermal stability, fluidity and thickness are the factors that may influence the heat sealing properties of materials. The heat sealing parameters for those materials are quite different. C630H Heat Seal Tester can be used to determine the optimal heat sealing parameters including dwell time, sealing pressure and sealing temperature for plastic films, flexible composite films, plastic coated paper and other heat-sealable films.

C620H Friction / Peel Tester
C620H Friction / Peel Tester can be used to test coefficient of static and kinetic friction of plastic films, sheets, foils, paper, cardboard, woven bags, fabric (fabric style test), metal-plastic composite strip/belt for communication cable, convey belt and textile, as well as peel strength test of adhesive laminated products, medical adhesive bandage, release paper and protection films.

C660M Leak and Seal Strength Tester
C660M Leak and Seal Strength Tester is a versatile piece of seal testing equipment designed for high-performance package evaluation. It functions as a precise leak tester and a robust seal integrity tester. This seal strength test machine performs critical evaluations such as seal strength testing, seal integrity testing, burst-pressure leak testing, compression resistance testing, as well as torsion force and joint/disengagement force testing. C640 Thickness Tester is a high precision mechanical contact method thickness tester, which can be used for thickness measurement of films, sheeting, paper, corrugated paperboard, textiles, non-woven fabrics, and solid insulation materials, etc. Auto sampler is optional, which is designed for multiple successive points thickness measurement.
