Wrinklewall
Our leading range of aluminium foil Wrinklewall containers are perfect for all your catering and convenience food requirements. The complete range is 100% recyclable with consideration for our customers and the environment. They are a cost effective method for packaging a wide variety of food types.
Semi Smoothwall
We are pleased to present a new line of reusable semi smooth containers in aluminum. They are extra strong and an alternative to the typical traditional rigid pan and are suitable for the preparation of cakes and pies. The thickness of the material used gives rigidity to the container and allows the product to be reused many times. The aluminum, being a good conductor, distributes heat homogeneously, thereby improving the cooking of food in the oven.
Smoothwall
Our plain or lacquered Smoothwall aluminium foil containers are perfect for packaging high quality ‘ready to cook’ convenience products including red meat, poultry, fish, vegetables, BBQ food and desserts which are widely available in all major retailers. The containers have a smooth rim that can be lidded with film to provide a leak proof pack for food preservation over a long shelf life. This can be extended further by gas flushing if required using M.A.P. They can also be lidded with our own range of plastic clip-on lids.

PET

Bake-eeze
Bake-eeze is a new non-stick container range launched by market leading foil tray producers, i2r Packaging Solutions Ltd. The innovation is based on the addition of non-stick properties to plain aluminium containers through a simple yet inventive industrial process via the raw material itself. In this way, trays can provide the same non-stick features of those lacquered, but with reduced costs and manufacturing time. The product has been specifically developed for the industrial bakery and pastry markets.

i2r Ultra™
The patent protected and design registered i2r Ultra™ uses a new style of embossing to dramatically increase stress resistance thereby reducing the gauge, price point and environmental impact of the product. Utilising finite element analysis prediction software, the stronger, yet lightweight tray design has undergone significant independent scientific testing and validation. The specialist rib and base configuration provides an increase in structural strength and delivers a reduction in weight against market equivalents. The inclusion of an Alu recyclable logo and a ‘rinse & recycle’ message, helps provide the consumer with a clear and strong environmental call-to-action, assisting to further promote the already high levels of aluminium recycling.

Eclipse, a unique range of black & gold aluminium foil containers designed for the premium ready meal sector. Like all aluminium products, this range is 100% recyclable. Custom Lacquering
With the growing demand for ready to cook convenience, our range of premium lacquered smoothwall trays are ideal for packaging high quality convenience, ready-to-cook products, including retailers’ finest ranges. Lacquer can be applied to both the inside and outside of the container for aesthetic enhancement. In addition, it can also offer unique advantages such as providing more resistance to food with an aggressive pH or high salinity than bare aluminium trays, thereby inhibiting corrosion. Lacquered trays are also suitable for the packaging of foods that are subjected to retort pasteurisation and sterilisation processes and are 100% recyclable and environmentally friendly.
