Afinia L901 Plus - Memjet Label Printer

Afinia DLF220s Desktop Label Finisher

The DLF-220s is a 220mm (8.86″) max width desktop label finisher. Designed to laminate, cut, slit, strip & roll your pre-printed labels. Bottle Matic Label Applicator

The Bottle Matic is designed to make label application easier & faster when applying labels in a small production environment. It offers consistent, straight, smooth label application at speed. The Bottle Matic 2 label applicator is a double label system. This will apply both front and back labels in one pass. You will need to have your labels printed front then back for this to work. You can still just apply single labels if you need to. There is a simple pedal button for one push application. OKI Pro 1050 LED Label Printer

The OKI Pro 1050 is the latest offering from OKI. The first LED printer designed specifically for label printing. All laser and LED label printers before this were modified paper printers whereas the Pro 1050 was made to print labels. It can cope with many different label types & materials without the huge waste previously associated with laser printing. The key feature of the OKI Pro 1050 is that it prints white. So as well as the usual CMYK it has an additional white toner. Perhaps you wish to print white only on clear or foil material or you need a clear parts on your label but the bulk sat on white. GoDEX RT730i Thermal Label Printer

The GoDEX RT730i is a desktop barcode or label printer. Using either thermal transfer or direct thermal technology at 300 dpi, the RT730i is perfect for clear, quick and low cost label printing. Afinia L502 Colour Label Printer

The Afinia Label L502 is the updated version of the already brilliant L501. it’s a colour label printer with Duo Ink Technology, meaning its designed to use both pigment and dye inks to create waterproof and highly vibrant labels. Utilizing HP thermal inkjet technology allows this dual-ink feature. This offers a quick transition from ultra vibrant and colourful prints, to ultra-durable and waterproof label with a simple printhead swap. Afinia DLP2200 - Digital Label Press

The Afinia DLP-2200 is the most advanced digital label press available. It prints, laminates, die cuts and fully finishes, full colour labels at speeds of up to 18m per minute. It’s both rotary and semi rotary making is very flexible for printed or blank label production. With the high speed, Memjet L901 Plus printer running inline. High quality labels can be produced that are laminated, slit, rewound and immediately ready for application. The Afinia L901’s print head positioning allows for print head maintenance to occur without removal of materials to offer uninterrupted job processing. Feed in 1000m rolls of material and then custom print / cut your labels as you need them. A re-registering magnetic cylinder accepts flexible steel dies that are fast to obtain and relatively low in cost. These can be up to a maximum of 230mm in width (9inches) and 360mm in length (14 inches). For those with Flexo presses it can be used to generate additional revenue by DLP2200 Finished Labels being used for shorter run work or jobs with variable field data. Set up times and waste are minimal and faster turnaround times can be offered. The Afinia DLP2200 can also be used for blank die cut label production. Simply bypass the printer and specify your exact label size and gap size. For larger brands the DLP-2200 can allow you to fully take control of your label production and bring the whole process in house.
