Coolbox Solutions
Coolbox Solutions Ltd is part of the Goggleboxes Group, famed for manufacturing eco-friendly, industrial and ethical packaging solutions. Both companies are based centrally in Corby, Northamptonshire, in the UK.

We want our eco packaging products to reflect us and our ambitions, as a business, as people, and as lovers of our beautiful planet. We want to make an impact in THIS generation and to pass something environmentally positive onto the next. We need to be ambitious with our commitment to stewarding this earth, by going past the idea of carbon neutrality with a realistic and effective sustainability report, which we are working towards.
Lastly, we must play a leading role in reducing the amount of ‘unnecessary’ plastic packaging that is choking our environment and marine life and to encourage our products to be kerbside recycled or reused, which in turn, will all help to lessen the amount of carbon in the atmosphere than when we started this adventure, because there is No Planet B.”

Coolbox Solutions
As part of the Goggleboxes Group, Coolbox Solutions Ltd was founded in 2021, as eco friendly industrial packaging experts with a very strong desire to do and be something very different to the standard polystyrene and plastic led industry of temperature-controlled logistics and – voila, CoolBox Solutions was born!
We specialise in sustainable chilled packaging for the ecommerce food sector; we’ve created our maiden CoolBox range to both embody our commitment to the environment and provide a chilled packaging solution that is effective, robust and adaptable.

Our 18mm thick corrugated cardboard design locks it in place, providing unbeatable protection on all sides, including the front and back. Each pack can weigh up to 60kg, ensuring heavy-duty durability for all types of products. This 100% recyclable solution not only helps reduce plastic waste but also cuts costs on plastic tax, while optimizing storage and shipping space. Deco Stretch Corrugated
Each case is individually adapted and manufactured to your product. It thus nestles perfectly against the shape and thus creates all-round protection, for example for transport. In addition, goods such as glasses, ceramics, threaded parts, chair legs or bottles can be packed at lightning speed. The well-known "bottle clinking" has also come to an end, as the bottles can no longer hit each other due to Deco Stretch. If goods that release moisture, oil or grease are to be packaged, Deco Stretch is ideally suited. With its absorbent two-layer special paper and its large surface area, it absorbs escaping liquids: the packaging remains clean and dry. Fanfold Corrugated
Fanfold Corrugated Fanfold presents a continuous sheet of corrugated board, cleverly scored and folded akin to a fan. It streamlines material usage in packaging, reducing inventory overheads as fewer stock sizes are necessary. Its adaptability shines through, accommodating a range of products in different dimensions and quantities. For manual packaging workflows, the board's longitudinal scoring facilitates easy resizing to fit your specifications. Moreover, specialized fanfold cutting machinery empowers you to craft tailor-made packs right on your premises, perfectly aligning with your unique needs. Crafted from corrugated board, Fanfold comes in various fluting options and widths. It's available in either one-colour flexographic print or pre-printed variants, ensuring both functionality and aesthetic appeal.
