With an experienced team of designers, product development and manufacturing specialists, we can offer customers a wealth of expertise and knowledge when it comes to supplying cost-effective packaging solutions.
We are proud to manufacture caps and closures in the UK at our Manchester site. We have multi-cavity tooling, allowing us to manufacture millions of injection moulded closures per annum. Our closures are 100% recyclable and available with 30% PCR material (where applicable).

Primo Lotion Pump
GOP's Primo Lotion Pumps come in a range of neck sizes, ranging from 24/410, 24/415 to 28/410 with a 2.2ml output. The pumps are available in various styles and designs that utilises the latest innovations that can add value and appeal. Choose from our Teardrop or Saddle actuator head designs, which can be completely customised, and decorative options such as embossing is available on your chosen pump neck. G Series Trigger Sprayer
The GOP G Series Trigger Sprayer has an industry standard closure with anti-backoff feature and cap liner options. With the extended two and three finger trigger handle options for product design and dispensing requirements, the G Series is suitable for large or small bottles. The G Series Trigger Sprayer is available with a rigid dip tube plunger extension for fully automated high speed filling lines and has the nozzle options of plastic mesh foamer and combination spray/stream. Puro Lotion Pump
The Puro Lotion Pump has a contemporary elegant design that adds impact to your brand, with its external spring it is unique and underlines the assurance of purity for fragrances and lotions. As well as being appealing to the eye and very affordable, the Puro Lotion Pump's contemporary elegant design and function makes it suitable for a wide range of personal care products and it will add value and visual enhancement to many brands. Classic Lotion Pump
Our Classic Lotion Pump combines the innovation of the latest aesthetics and technology introduced with Puro, with a conventional look and feel of a traditional actuator. It’s a popular choice for established brands looking to benefit from GOP’s discreet external pump spring which prevents oxidization and ensures fragrances and lotions remain pure and untainted. Our Classic Lotion Pump comes with a 24/410 or 28/410 closure and a large 2.0ml dosage. Customise your lotion pump with our embossing feature, the finish is available in super smooth, metal chrome or non-metal chrome. All finishes are virtually scratch proof and maintains presentation from production to retail shelf.
Jumbo Lotion Pump
GOP’s Jumbo lotion pump was introduced in response to the growing demand from the large family wash and shower and salon markets. The 28/410 closure provides a 3.5ml dosage being suitable for 750ml or 1000ml packs. The large surface actuator helps users with wet hands in the bath or shower, including the large 3.5ml dose for quick and easy application. Classic Foamer
Our Classic Foamer is available in neck sizes 40/410 and 43/410 with a choice of dosage outputs, 0.8ml, 1.2ml and 1.6ml. The classic design is perfect for the tanning, hair care, skin care, soap and hand care products market. The Classic Foamer has a large actuator offering ergonomic use with a closure that suits a variety of standard bottles. PJ Series Trigger Spray
Global One Pak's PJ Series Trigger Spray is an all plastic trigger spray constructed with a single polymer, polypropelyne, representing over 90% of the material. The high 1.3ml dosage reduces the number of times the user has to pull the handle to cover a cleaning surface, with the ergonomic shroud design, it allows larger bottles to be held easily for dispensing liquid. It is available with a spray/stream conbination nozzle and a plastic mesh foamer option, the flat top and side shroud design allows an easy transfer down a fully automated filling line. Your PJ Series Trigger Spray can be customised, the flat sided shroud allows labels to be applied for retail marketing. GOP's all plastic trigger spray has a robust design, allowing it to be reused and reduce packaging waste. Tested to 10,000 dispenses representing +25 times re-used on a 500ml bottle. Fino Mini Trigger
Our Fino Mini Triggers are clearly different, with a large 3 finger handle they are simple and easy to use making them suitable for personal care and household products. It's intuitive on/off button prevents spillage and unwanted mess. The Fino Mini Trigger is available in neck sizes 24/410 with a dosage of 1ml and is availabe in standard colours. High Viscosity Mini Trigger
GOP's High Viscosity Mini Trigger is suitable for liquid and high viscosity formulations making it ideal for hair care, sun care and baby care based products. The High Viscosity Mini Trigger is available in the neck size 24/410 and is easy to use with its fine mist sprayer and intuitive opn/off lock button. Our Disc Top Closures range from neck sizes 20/410 to 28/415 and are easy to use with the press to open, press to close ergonomic design. The classic design suits a variety of standard bottle shapes and the disc and main body can be made in contrasting colours, PP, UV or Chrome, and can also be custom colour matches to suit your brand requirements. 50ml Bordo Jar & Lid
GOP's 50ml Bordo Jar and Lid is 100% recyclable and made entirely from plastic. We are future thinking, developing products that are made from mono plastic material and are 100% recyclable with maximised sustainability. The 50ml Bordo Jar and Lid is strong and stackable with its stackable feature on the lid and base, the classic design is for a broad cusomer appeal. It has position markers on the lid and base, the flat lid, side and base give ease when looking at branding, printing and labelling. The volume of the jar is 50ml, with a 70ml brimfull, the bore seal lid gives extra strength and security against leakage and eases transportation. Our classic foamer and bottle pack comes in neck size 32/410 with a 60ml bottle and is made from PP and PE material. The World's First Single Material Lotion Pump
Global One-Pak (GOP), are actively designing and developing 100% recyclable products in the UK. This will reduce the carbon footprint of many of our products. We are currently developing a Single Material Plastic Lotion Pump! Which will be the first of its kind in the world, which will be fully recyclable, and commercially viable in the recycling chain. This will enable the Brands and Retailers to design products that can be dispensed as it is now, without the need to change the proven marketplace with this fully 100% recyclable product which can also be manufactured from 30% PCR material. Current lotion pumps are manufactured with several different materials including metal and glass, even those who claim to be 'All Plastic' are manufactured in different plastics and therefore are difficult to to recycle and seperate, plus the reclaim is not commercially viable as PCR material......so...... most will end up in landfill! This new product will change the way plastic is seen in the market place, the recycled reclaim material will be worth the same as virgin material, making it commercially viable and safe to use in manufacture.
