Pure-Pak® Classic cartons
Our iconic Pure-Pak® Classic carton delivers your products exactly how consumers love them: fresh, inspiring and in harmony with nature, via a complete and flexible filling system designed to increase brand value and production efficiency. Available in a wide range of fill sizes to match shoppers’ consumption, a variety of opening solutions and board options that combine performance and sustainability, the Pure-Pak® Classic is a functional shape and a popular choice in fresh and ESL beverages. A responsibly sourced, renewable, recyclable packaging by a carbon-neutral provider; awarded Gold sustainability rating from EcoVadis in 2023.
Pure-Pak® eSense aseptic cartons
The Pure-Pak® eSense carton is an aseptic carton for low and high acid products which is aluminium-free. Made with sustainably sourced paperboard, it contains a new and unique polyolefin-based barrier structure which also unlocks the potential of a fully renewable aseptic carton. The polyolefin barrier replaces the aluminium layer traditionally used in aseptic cartons, yet retains rigidity, so performance is not compromised. This results in up to 50% lower carbon footprint than a standard Pure-Pak® aseptic carton. Available in either white or brown board and unique fill sizes ranging from 500ml and 2L, the eSense is designed with easy grip and folding lines, to help consumers empty all the product inside before folding the carton, saving space in the bin whilst reducing food waste. A fully recyclable packaging by a carbon-neutral provider, awarded Gold sustainability rating from EcoVadis in 2023.
D-PAK™ refill cartons
D-PAK™ cartons are a new solution for cleaning and personal care categories that can not only attract the environmentally conscious users through plastic reduction*, but also deliver on convenience, with an easy to handle and recyclable packaging. Made from sustainably sourced paperboard and with all Elopak’s experience in renewable, low carbon packaging, D-PAK™ cartons are available in 500ml, 750ml, 1L, 1.5L, 1.75L and 2L formats and can be used as a primary pack or a refill solution. D-PAK™ is increasingly seen across supermarket shelves in Europe. From washing-up liquid, laundry detergent, screen wash, hand-wash and most recently mouthwash, leading brands and retailer own-label products have already opted for D-PAK™. *compared to plastic bottles and pouches in home and personal care categories.
Elopak Roll Fed cartons
Our Roll Fed packaging is compatible with a wide range of filling machines, suitable for filling dairy, plant-based alternatives, juice and alcohol. We offer a wide variety of sizes and formats. The smaller sizes are ideal for on-the-go consumption and comes with a straw hole, while bigger sizes are well suited for affordable value packs.
Pure-Pak® Sense cartons in Natural White Board
The Pure-Pak® Sense’s unique design attributes are designed to attract attention: with a printable top fin providing brands an eye level space to communicate key message, and with a corner panel delivering improved visibility and brand differentiation. Not only does the Pure-Pak® Sense stand out, consumers love how the easy-to-handle grip lines improve usage. The folding lines also help users get to the very last drop; less waste, more product! And this pack is now available in Elopak’s most sustainable white board to date, the Natural White Board. Less processed but offering all the functionality and quality protection of Elopak’s standard white board, the new Natural White uses bleached fibres in only the top layer of the carton, delivering a clean white finish while also using less polyethylene than standard paperboard.
