P100 Printer Applicator
The Codeology P100 Printer Applicator is the first of a new generation of print and apply labellers. British designed and built, predominantly of stainless steel and aluminium, it has been designed for today's demanding 24/7 factory. The P100 has been designed and built with your operators in mind. It only has two controls to keep operator training simple. Height adjustment uses a gas strut for 'zero gravity' effect so even the smallest operators can move it easily.
CTP111 Hybrid sealer and applicator
The Codeology CTP111 Hybrid was designed in conjunction with several customers who have the all too common issue of limited space. By replacing the conveyor, normally alongside our P100 print and apply label applicator, with one of our stainless steel case tapers we were able to significantly reduce the space required for labelling and sealing. This machine will accurately label directly onto the cardboard cartons as they pass through our case taper. These hybrids are more affordable to purchase in the long term, removing the cost of a conveyor and with the foot print less than one and a half square meters they are currently a one of a kind machine suitable for even the most compact of packing areas.
P140 Pre-Printed Label Applicator
Applying pre-printed labels to your products is not a problem for the P140 Pre-Printed Label Applicator. Designed for high reliability within fast-moving 24/7 factories the P140 Applicator will apply labels at throughputs of up to 100 products per minute to top, sides or bottom of products. It can even apply round-the-corner labels to side-and-end or top-and-back of products.The P140 is simple, robust and low-cost.
Wrap round Bottle Labelling
Wrap around bottle labelling system. Suitable for use with pre-printed labels, up to 150mm across the web, up to 300mm long, wound narrow edge leading. Labels will be applied to empty or full bottles which will be rotated to apply the label evenly around the bottle.
CT5 Mild steel semi-automatic side drive case sealer
Semi-automatic top taping case sealer with side drives, supplied on lockable castors with in-feed and outfeed conveyors. Single phase supplied with either 13A plug or 16A plug to be specified with order. Fitted with 400mm in-feed, 400 mm outfeed roller conveyor tables.
