Airtech
Airtech provides a fully bespoke voidfill system designed to distribute and deliver the correct material into your packaging process. Our Airtech range provides a range of solutions to voidfilling, wrapping, blocking, and bracing which are designed for different packaging processes and operations. Choose from air cushions, paper, or foam systems, designed and installed by fully qualified engineers and technicians. The on-demand solution is an efficient alternative to conventional air pad film or pre-inflated bubble wrap, Airtech offers voidfill protection at the push of a button. Rapicell
Rapicell is a sustainable bubble wrap alternative that will keep your products in place with its interlocking design without any need for adhesive tape. We’re invested in designing and developing our own smarter products that our customers can benefit from in their operation to allow them to increase productivity, reduce costs and maximise efficiency. And that is where Rapicell comes in! Dispensed from a compact manual dispenser, Rapicell can be easily used by every packer to achieve excellent product protection. This in-house innovation provides sustainable protection throughout transit every time whilst also reducing your company’s Carbon Footprint. Rapicell is to be mounted onto its compact dispenser to allow for easy and quick dispensing right when you need it. Compact dispenser: Rapicell loads onto a simple, compact dispenser allowing for easy loading and fast use within the operation. Unique design: The unique cut system creates cells offering high protection, whilst the unique cells bind into each other meaning no tape is necessary. Minimal storage space needed: Storage space is reduced by up to 80% in comparison to traditional bubble wrap. Increase operational speed: Downtime is kept at a minimum due to the product being readily available on the roll.
Rapimailer
Rapimailer is our 100% paper bag replacement for polythene courier or mailing bags. These all paper bags can completely replace single-use plastic mailing bags, whilst being able to offer greater protection than polythene due to the paper grades available. Our design team will work with you to formulate the most effective material specification and bag format, ensuring your courier bags can be successfully replaced with this sustainable, recyclable, and degradable alternative. Rapimailer has a high-strength closure seal, of which we can add an additional seal, therefore providing a returnable solution. Made to order: Your Rapimailer can be made to order and produced in exactly the size you require, with a bespoke print, and one or two sealing strips. Strong closure seal: Rapimailer has a high-strength closure seal meaning your products are secure inside when in transit to be delivered to your consumer. Returnable solution: A second closure seal can be included in the design to provide a secure returnable solution. 100% recyclable: Rapimailer is made from 100% recycled materials making it a great environmentally friendly alternative to polythene mailing products.
Xtaper
Xtaper is the world’s first handheld battery-powered automatic paper tape applicator, a mobile and compact alternative to desktop dispensers. Many operations are now able to meet their environmental commitments and achieve a more secure carton seal by using paper tape through a mobile lower-cost solution. Rather than being tied to a desktop static solution, Xtaper can be used all over a distribution centre or packing operation, as well as providing an easy, low-cost solution for quickly expanding a packaging area during peak or irregular projects. Bio-Seal is a 100% recyclable reinforced paper tape, with a water-activated starch-based adhesive. Applied through the Xtaper automatic dispenser, Bio-Seal provides a secure seal for a carton sealing application. Compact: Due to the compact frame of the machine, save much-needed space on your pack bench and keep a tidy workspace. Multiple length settings: The multiple length capabilities enable you to choose the tape length that fits best for your box, therefore using less tape overall with every seal. Battery-powered: Xtaper is battery-powered meaning you’re not restricted to use just at the pack bench, this mobile feature allows you to have the flexibility to move between pack stations. Effective adhesive activation: When the tape goes through the machine, Xtaper’s high efficient sump and tank activates the glue of the paper tape and gives every carton the securest seal every time.
Bio-Seal
Bio-Seal is a 100% recyclable reinforced paper tape that has a water-activated, starch-based adhesive that offers maximum security on every carton every time. Often known as gummed paper tape, Bio-Seal has an effective adhesive that is activated by water. Once activated, this adhesive binds the paper tape to the corrugated surface. Bio-Seal has reinforcement fibres that run throughout the paper, giving an even greater strength where needed. Together with its unrivaled strength properties, paper tape is 100% recyclable and does not need to be removed from the box that it has sealed once it needs to be recycled. Bio-Seal is a very popular product for ecommerce fulfillment operations, providing consumers with the ultimate consumer experience. 100% recyclable: The water-based adhesive and reinforced fibres allow for the product to be recycled with the carton. Reinforced fibres: The reinforced fibres offers maximum security to any box being sealed with Bio-Seal. Water-based: Once the tape passes through water, it activates the adhesive to begin the secure seal.
Papertech
Papillon is the ideal voidfill solution for operations looking to use sustainable materials that can provide the strength and durability to stabilise heavy objects when in transit. Papillon’s paper pads quickly adapt to the products in your box, thereby providing reliable protection for your items when despatched. In addition, it offers the recipient a positive unboxing experience. Papillon is dispensed through a small automatic machine, available in various mount options. This can either be controlled by a foot pedal, on an on-demand or automatic batch, it offers a fast solution for any operation. The machines are fast, simple to load, and contain no cutting blades for a completely safe solution. Mobile, floor stand: This mobile solution can be placed exactly where it’s needed in the operation, without taking up any bench space. Desktop stand: Pack quickly and efficiently with the machine directly to hand, providing paper directly to the packer. Track system: The track system forms the paper into a heavy-duty pad, the unique crimp allows the pad to be adjusted in density according to the items being packed. 100% recyclable: Papillon is created completely from paper, meaning that it’s 100% recyclable and the ideal sustainable product for your operation. Rapisac
Rapisac is our hanging mailing bag system created for quick and easy filling. Rapisac brings more than incremental benefits when you are filling mailing and courier bags. The bag hangs from its patented desk edge-mounted backplate to facilitate quick and easy hanging. Rapisac also introduces a safer way of working into your pack operation. No more benching and reaching across the pack bench is needed due to Rapisac being attached to the front of the bench. It’s adaptable to suit all prints and sizes and may also be used for clear polythene preparation bags. Work with our Imagination Hub to have your branding on your bags. Increased productivity: One-handed opening and filling increases productivity within your operation. Due to the Rapisac system, your packers can save up to 1hr per 1000 bags. Smart return solution: Your Rapisac can also be created with a double-seal tear strip, allowing consumers to re-pack their returns in the same mailing bag. Rapistretch is our high-performance pre-stretched pallet wrap that provides enhanced load stability and real wrap cost per pallet savings. Our advanced blend of Rapistretch is produced from a high-grade polymer that offers total load stability with minimum environmental impact. Formulated with the most advanced production technology, Rapistretch is our most efficient hand-applied wrap. With blends from 5 micron, Rapistretch replaces traditional wrap and other pre-stretched films for operational savings through reduced usage and increased efficiency. Thermowrap
Thermowrap is a sustainable, insulated liner that has been developed for shipping pre-packaged temperature-sensitive goods. The two-piece thermal performance liners maintain strict temperature zones during transit; frozen, refrigerated, or control room temperature. The wet-strength kraft liner and recycled paper pulp insulation ensure goods arrive fresh and protected.
Tidal Tape
Tidal tape is made up of 70% post-consumer waste plastic and is the ideal solution for businesses looking to avoid the Plastic Packaging Tax. Plastic Tax is a new tax that applies to plastic packaging that is produced in, or imported into, the UK that does not contain at least 30% recycled plastic. There will be a charge at a rate of £200 per tonne if the plastic packaging doesn’t contain the required amount. Tidal Tape has been developed to help businesses overcome the limitations that this new tax brings by offering a product that is high-performance whilst avoiding any additional costs. Switching from traditional acrylic packing tape to Tidal Tape will help ensure your packaging is smarter for both you and the planet. Wavestretch
Wavestretch is our post-consumer waste pallet wrap, with a range of products produced from upwards of 30% recycled plastic content. Plastic Tax is a new tax that applies to plastic packaging that is produced in, or imported into, the UK that does not contain at least 30% recycled plastic. There will be a charge at a rate of £200 per tonne if the plastic packaging doesn’t contain the required amount. Wavestretch is the ideal alternative product for businesses that are looking to switch from a traditional pallet wrap product due to the Plastic Tax Legislation that came into play in April 2022. 30% Wavestretch: Our 30% Wavestretch comes in the lowest micron in the product range at 17mu. This is the minimum post-consumer waste percentile to be exempt from the tax. 50% Wavestretch: Our 50% Wavestretch is a manual application pallet wrap that is 100% recyclable. This product is also available as a 23mu machine wrap. 75% Wavestretch: Our 75% Wavestretch is made up of 51% post-consumer waste and 24% post-industrial waste. 100% Wavestretch: Our 100% Wavestretch is made up of 60% post-consumer waste and 40% post-industrial waste.

Lilopack
Lilopack is an inflatable pouch that will keep your fragile products secure when in transit, ensuring they arrive protected to your consumer. Lilopack is delivered deflated, so when they are needed simply give a quick blast of air and your Lilopack is ready to go! Lilopack is ideal for products such as light bulbs, print toners, crockery, and much more! There are two easy ways to inflate your Lilopack: By inflating the pouch prior to packaging and placing the bottles in, or, by placing the bottles in the inflated pouches and then inflating the pouch around it. Our range of air compressors and inflation kits are needed for the inflation of the packs. Easy to inflate: The pre-inserted valve makes inflation fast and easy.
