BOLLARDS
The Boplan® range of bollards sets new standards for safety, strength, and performance. Each bollard in this series offers specific strength and impact resistance. This ranges from extremely heavy impacts of 24.1 kJ to light impacts of 2.5 kJ. This ensures that there is a perfect safety solution for every situation. With a wide range of options, colours, and heights, they are easy to adapt to specific environments and aesthetic preferences. The patented modular design offers unparalleled protection against collisions. The bollards are made of Extrilene®, a special high-quality polymer that withstands repeated impacts. The deformation that occurs after each collision disappears as the vehicle recoils.
SAFETY BARRIERS
FLEX IMPACT® safety barriers provide protection against collisions with forklifts and other vehicles. They are necessary in high-traffic environments or locations in which heavy loads are moved or transported, such as warehouses, production halls and airports. Tests show that this type of safety barrier can withstand impacts up to 50.10 kJ. What is unique about our safety barriers is that, even in the event of a collision, the anchor points stay secured to the floor and the flexible elements regain their original shape. The safety barriers' modular design enables your company to install our safety systems one zone at a time, or to expand its safety systems at a later date.
HANDRAILS
Boplan's FLEX IMPACT® handrails provide a logical and clear separation between people and vehicles. Our flexible handrails are available in three versions, from light to heavy, to meet your safety requirements. You can choose between two or three rails, depending on the situation that needs to be secured. All of our handrails are manufactured from a high-quality, high-performance polymer. From a handrail as the perfect complement to floor marking tape to a pedestrian railing for mezzanine and elevated areas. From fencing for cost-effective machine guarding and pedestrian protection to reinforced pedestrian separation and perimeter fencing for high-risk traffic areas. Or even to protect against falling products and stacked goods. We have a handrail for every application.
AXES GATE
The AXES GATE is an industrial safety gate for fall protection or safe machine access that will exceed your expectations in terms of safety, sustainability and cost-effectiveness. AXES GATES have been used worldwide for 20 years in the harshest and most challenging environments, such as the chemical industry and offshore drilling rigs. They are highly resistant to harsh weather conditions, extremely salty environments and highly corrosive chemicals. The safety gate's design, composition and features make it suitable for any application in any industry. The AXES GATE is made of Boplan High Impact Thermoplastic Engineered Polymer (HI-TEP) and has an unrivalled service life. The hinge has been tested for over 150,000 cycles. This corresponds to opening and closing the gate 20 times a day for 20 years. Thanks to our innovative design, installation is a breeze and requires few tools and little effort. The AXES GATE can open in two directions and can easily be adjusted to the desired size.
SAFETY GATES
The primary function of a safety gate is to prevent people from entering an unsafe zone. A safety gate forces pedestrians to stop and open the gate before entering or leaving a safe zone. It makes them think twice before acting. We offer safety gates with sliding doors, safety gates that open with an upward motion, safety gates with a self-closing side swing gate, (reinforced) loading bay fall protection systems, and belt barriers. For working at height or in other hazardous situations, we have developed an industrial safety gate and safe fall protection: the DOUBLE AXES GATE.
DOCK GATE
Protect infrastructure against forklifts The FLEX IMPACT® DG250R is a safety gate with an impact-resistant barrier. The ideal fall protection for workers and pedestrians at loading areas. The safety gate is equipped with an assist mechanism and ergonomic handles to the side and underneath for smooth and easy operation. In addition, the DG250R posts protect the doorposts. The design is very compact, ensuring no valuable space is lost. For easy assembly, the DG250R features removable bars. Installation is also quick, as a DG250R consists of three pre-assembled elements. With an impact resistance of 16 kJ on both bars and posts, the FLEX IMPACT® DG250F is the strongest polymer safety gate with double rail system in the world. It is the perfect fall protection system for loading and unloading docks. The safety gate features an assist mechanism and ergonomic handles to the side and underneath for smooth and easy operation.In addition, the DG250F posts protect the doorposts. The design is very compact, ensuring no valuable space is lost. For easy assembly, the DG250F features removable bars. Installation is also quick, as a DG250F consists of three pre-assembled elements. The FLEX IMPACT® DG250R AE is a motorised safety gate with double bars that acts as fall protection at loading docks or as an impact-resistant barrier arm to close off access to a specific area. It provides robust impact protection of up to 10.2 kJ. The design is very compact, so no precious space is lost. For easy assembly, the DG250R AE features removable bars.
COLUMN PROTECTION
Column protection prevents costly and structural damage to columns, posts, and pillars in warehouses, production halls, airports, and car parks. They increase safety in industrial environments. Boplan column protection is an attractive, versatile, and highly visible solution for ensuring safe traffic flow in the workplace and minimising costly damage to freestanding columns in industrial buildings. This type of protection minimises the impact force with which colliding vehicles can damage columns. Thanks to their absorbency, they virtually eliminate the risk of damage and ensure the structural integrity of your columns. With a wide range of diameters available, the most appropriate form of column protection can be installed in any working environment.
RACK PROTECTION
Collisions between forklifts and racks are among the most common workplace accidents in warehouses. Rack protection from Boplan's FLEX IMPACT® family will not only save you from significant damage to your warehouse, but it will also help you prevent personal injury. Warehouse workers are often under time pressure and have to manoeuvre quickly in a confined space. A collision with a rack can happen quickly. Installing rack protection reduces the risk of damage in the event of a collision. Our rack protection is made from a highly energy-absorbing and flexible material. After a collision, the rack protection returns to its original shape and retains its appearance and properties, leaving your racks intact.
FLIP SERIES
Our Flip Series kick rails offer complete ground-level protection and are available in a range of strengths and designs to suit your needs. The innovative and robust I-shaped rail absorbs impacts from 4.2 kJ (FLIP120L) to 17 kJ (FLIP200F). The Flip Series kick rails are easy to install and can be combined with other Boplan safety solutions for maximum safety. Each profile is available in lengths from 500 mm to 3000 mm. To safely separate people from forklifts, we equip the FLIP200F PLUS with ergonomic handrails. Modular ground-level protection is also possible with the FLIP120L M and FLIP180L M. This type of kick rail is specially designed to follow corners and shapes, providing seamless protection for your walls and infrastructure.
WHEEL STOPS
Wheel stops are an essential safety tool for preventing vehicles from rolling away. You often see them in car parks and garages. Wheel stops are particularly useful in areas where space is limited or where there is a risk of collision with other parked vehicles or infrastructure. Installing wheel stoppers can help prevent damage to vehicles and property, as well as injury to pedestrians. They are also used to enforce parking regulations or to make optimal use of parking space. Wheel stops are, therefore, an effective and reliable solution for parking management and safety.
MOVABLE BARRIERS
Our FLEX IMPACT® movable barriers provide optimum safety and visibility in locations where forklifts, lorries, bulldozers and other vehicles manoeuvre. Made of impact-absorbing polymer and in a striking yellow colour, they effectively signal obstacles and indicate the direction of travel. Easy to install and move, they are durable and weatherproof. The design with rounded shapes minimises the risk of injury. UV-resistant, non-conductive and resistant to most chemicals, these movable barriers are a reliable solution for safe and efficient traffic flows.
PROTECTIVE BUMPERS
TEDDY PRO is a range of flexible and shock-absorbing PU bumpers for warehouses, production halls, garages and corridors. They are designed to protect workers from corners and sharp edges. Moreover, the bumpers prevent damage from collisions with small mobile equipment. The TEDDY PRO protective bumpers are quick and easy to install on any flat surface. TEDDY PRO SSB bumpers have a stainless steel base and can be adhered to a variety of surfaces: from damp and oil-soaked to brick, wood and uneven surfaces.
WALLY PRO
Maximum protection for call points and fire alarm buttons WINNER OF THE RED DOT AWARD PRODUCT DESIGN 2025 The WALLY PRO is the newest innovation in call point protection. HEIGHT RESTRICTORS
The GP GOAL POST 250R from our FLEX IMPACT® range is a flexible height restrictor that protects gates, canopies, and bridges from collisions with vehicles such as aerial work platforms, lorries, and buses. A GOAL POST 250R has a diameter of 250 mm and consists of a portal and an unattached adjustable tube or TOUCH BARRIER (optional). The height limiter is available in different sizes and colours, with or without TOUCH BARRIER. The GOAL POST 250R has an impact value of 10.2 kJ at 90°. The GP GOAL POST 200B from our FLEX IMPACT® range is a flexible height restrictor that protects gates, canopies, and bridges from collisions with vehicles such as aerial work platforms, lorries, and buses. A GOAL POST 200B has a diameter of 200 mm and consists of a portal and an unattached adjustable tube or TOUCH BARRIER (optional). The height limiter is available in different sizes and colours, with or without TOUCH BARRIER. The GOAL POST 200B has an impact value of 7.5 kJ at 90°.
FLOOR MARKING TAPE
Boplan offers a wide range of strong floor marking tapes under the name LINE PLAN. The set of floor markings, line markings, and pictograms surpasses all other floor marking tape systems on the market. While the tape used in most alternative floor marking systems tears off at the slightest abrupt forklift manoeuvre or even when people rub their feet on it, LINE PLAN offers unparalleled resistance to all types of friction. LINE PLAN floor marking tape provides a clearly defined safe working environment, giving your company a professional look while protecting your employees. LINE PLAN floor and line markings are suitable for all types of surfaces and applications, including concrete floors, walkways, corridors, work zones, traffic zones, warehouse floors, etc.
