Cap & Closure liners
Our dedicated clean area at Bluemay Weston produces cap liners, shives, EPE Wads and seals for many applications including bottles, jars and pump dispensers, aluminium caps and containers. These are currently used in a variety of products for many well known household names and can be supplied on extremely short lead times or on the day required to an agreed schedule.
Induction heat seals
Bluemay Weston stock the market-leading two-piece induction Safe-Gard plus™ and one-piece induction Uni-Gard™ product families to service short and fast punching runs for a variety of applications. We also supply HS035 IHS materials, suitable for use with metal caps and closures, available as cut discs or tape.
Pressure sensitive seals
Pressure sensitive seals for most applications. TS PS10-1F A one piece seal that has an EVA based pressure sensitive adhesive coating on Polyethylene foam that has an aluminium and polyester film backing. For use with dry products. Available with standard or custom print.
Slit tape
Most cap liner materials can be supplied as tape in widths from 25mm to 315mm, including HS035 IHS materials, suitable for use with metal caps and closures.
