Audion Elektro (Swissvac) Magvac Power Sealer
Power Sealers Magvac and Magvac Medical The Audion Power Sealer Magvac is a powerful, stainless steel vacuum sealer equipped with a vacuum nozzle and bi-active sealing bars. This machine can be used for vacuum packaging and modified atmosphere packaging. It is available in two versions; a standard model and a model for validated sealing. This is particularly important in the medical and farmaceutical industry but validated packaging starts to become more important in other industries too. Both versions are available with a sealing length of 520 mm, 720 mm or 1020 mm. The machines are standard equipped with a foot pedal.
Audion Elektro (Swissvac) seal/shrink combination H22 SA
These seal/shrink combination is ideal for moderate production quantities (max. 200 - 500 packs per hour). The machine operate with a shrink hood instead of a tunnel. The hood is closed by an electronic hold-down magnet during the film sealing and heat-shrink wrapping operations. Almost any product can be shrink wrapped in this clever machine. These AUDIONPACK machine has -due to an accurate temperature control - a better seal quality and longer wire lifetime as most other similar machines in this market segment.

L sealer 500/800 These L-sealers can be used to pack your products in a safe, presentable way. Easy adjustment/settings of these sealers guarantee flexibility and a high production quantity. These sealers can also be used in combination with our separate shrink tunnels.

Audionvac VMS 133 Vacuum Chamber
Audionvac VMS 133 Stainless Steel Vacuum Chamber When looking for a machine to package product at close to the maximum vacuum, we recommend the Audionvac machines. These vacuum chamber machines are ideal where high vacuum levels are required. They are designed to meet the most demanding requirements of many industries including food processing, medical and pharmaceutical, hardware and electronics. The advantage of chamber machines is that the space surrounding the product outside the package is also vacuumised. This is in contrast to the vacuum nozzle machines. Vacuum chamber machines can also be used to package products with a modified atmosphere. Very low residual oxygen figures can be obtained by first pulling a vacuum before the injection of gas.

Audion UK Packaging Machines (Swissvac) Speedpack Hybrid REVOLUTIONARY COMPACT FORM/FILL/SEAL SYSTEM This machine has a high production capacity and a revolutionary compact form/fill/seal system that uses tube film or bags-on-a-roll. The Speedpack Hybrid forms pouches in-line before they are filled and sealed, when tube film is used. The machine outstands as far as reliability and ease of operation are concerned. The advantage of the Speedpack Hybrid lies in the design, which allows the use of tube film and bags-on-a-roll, eliminating the inconvenience of forming collars, back seaming and the complex controls associated with traditional form/fill/seal systems.
Audion Elektro D552AVT Stainless
D 552 NVT Band Sealer D 552 NVT is a vertical band sealer, designed for large pre-made bags that are sealed standing up. It is ideal for powder, liquid, or solid products that would spill if sealed lying flat. The sealing head on the D 552 NVT can be rotated 90°, from vertical to horizontal, and is also adjustable in height. The D 552 NVT has the same easy-to-operate digital control panel and PTFE seal belts as the D 552 NH. The D 552 NVT is equipped with a height-adjustable integrated conveyor belt. The speed of this conveyor can be synchronized to the sealing unit from the control panel. The new conveyor belt is attached with rubber guide on the inside and it runs along the groove made on the conveyor frame. This structure keeps the belt always in the center position therefore the adjustment is not necessary anymore. Options: code seal, stainless steel construction (D 552 VTS)

Audion 775 Medical validatable Sealer
Audion 775MPCV Advanced medical rotary sealer for sealing and coding medical sterilization pouches. This sealer is developed to seal pouches according to DIN 58953 Part 7 and is suitable for packing sterilized products according to ISO 11607 and EN 868.

Audion Industrial Sealer Magneta: a compact and powerful tabletop sealer for heavy duty in stainless steel This professional impulse sealer is suitable for sealing almost all modern film materials (PE/PP or laminates). Thick films can be sealed due to the bi-active 5 mm heating of the sealing bars. The ISMS has been developed for heavy duty and intensive use. The sealing bars are closed by means of a light pressure on the electric foot operation after which the ISMS will produce a powerful and strong 5 mm seal, driven by the electromotor. The digital control panel easily allows you to set the ideal sealing and cooling time. Due to the special construction of sealwire tensioners the sealwire remains optimally tight even during intensive use. This ensures an excellent and reliable 5 mm seal.
