Jade Hoai is an experienced commercial and operational leader in the natural foods and wellness industry with over 20 years of experience in both head office functions and retail operations. Currently the Executive Leader for Purchasing, Marketing, and Supply Chain for Whole Foods Market in the UK, she drives programming and merchandising excellence in a highly talented and efficient commercial team.
A purpose driven leader with core strengths in strategy, customer focus, and financial acumen, Jade has led teams to deliver best in class retail innovations and transformation to nourish people and our planet. Her work balances a desire for higher purpose by building win-win partnerships, driving customer awareness and education, and supporting producers in building more sustainable and environmentally mindful businesses.
Jade received her Bachelor of Arts cum laude from Wellesley College in English Literature and Film Studies. She then went on to earn her MBA from The Fuqua School of Business at Duke University.
