Foodservice packaging sector begins post-pandemic recovery

Yoann Bouvet, sales director – foodservice, at Graphic Packaging International, told Packaging News things are not back to normal due to many external factors still influencing consumer behaviour: “Inflationary pressures, in particular, are squeezing disposable income and making consumers more discerning. So, while we have seen an improvement relative to the worst of the pandemic, these external factors are continuing to challenge the foodservice sector.”
