Joanne is Brand Insight & Content Director of independent creative agency, Free The Birds, that delivers compelling and strategic branding, design and communications, powered by Beautiful Thinking, to global beauty, health and lifestyle brands.

A branding and communications specialist, Joanne has spent over 20 years bringing Big Ideas to life; working for brands as diverse as BP, P&G, New Look, Coty and Birds Eye. A working mum to a six-year old, she is passionate about working to transform today’s profit-driven business-as-usual; diversity, inclusion and sustainability within the beauty industry a particular focus of her work.
