Head of Sales

Head of Sales required to join a well-established (1937) and renowned manufacturer of rigid plastic packaging, sold into a wide variety of sectors, including health & beauty, food, laboratory, pet care, hobby, craft & stockists.

Candidates will ideally have a proven background selling into the plastics / packaging sector. Experience selling direct to customers / stockists or exposure to plastics / packaging, health & beauty, food packaging would be beneficial. Knowledge of plastic materials would also be advantageous.

Package

· £45,000

· Uncapped OTE of £60,000

· Commission and additional monthly Sales Target Incentive Bonuses

· 36 days holiday

· 5% Pension

· Car Allowance

Location: Wigston Magna

Experience:
Sales Management: 5 years (required)
Plastic Packaging: 1 year (required)

Licence/Certification:
UK Drivers Licence (required)
