Kingsmoor Packaging Ltd (KPL) offers a complete bespoke thermoforming service on one site in Somerset, where we have been designing and manufacturing plastic packaging for the food industry since 1990. KPL is BRC accredited and operate a very strict quality system; we pride ourselves on service and quality.
Our in-house tooling and design department has grown in tandem with our production facility and this, combined with our state of the art thermoforming machines, enables us to combine design, pattern, tool making and production all on one site. This in-house facility allows KPL to offer some of the most competitive new tooling costs in the market place.
We manufacture our products in APET, PP and HIPS. We are also pleased to offer environmentally friendly materials such as RPET, which contains at least 50% post consumer recycled waste and at least 30% industry recycled waste. Furthermore, due to our size and flexibility, we will always work with our customers should they need to look at other materials.
